  • Seller Response: Sellers are required to respond to return or refund requests within 48 hours. Failure to respond may result in intervention by Star Trading Post support.

3. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
  • Shipping Method: It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service for returns. The buyer should retain proof of shipping until the return is processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Condition of Item: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to seller error may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the seller receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for returned items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notification: Buyers should notify the seller immediately if an item arrives damaged or defective, providing photos of the damage or defect.
  • Seller Action: The seller may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund for damaged or defective items. If a replacement is provided, the buyer may be required to return the damaged item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Digital Downloads: Digital download items cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Star Trading Post Support

  • Dispute Resolution: If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a return or refund issue, Star Trading Post support can be contacted to mediate the dispute. Both parties may be required to provide evidence to support their claims.
  • Final Decision: Star Trading Post reserves the right to make the final decision in all dispute cases.

8. Policy Updates

  • Changes to Policy: Star Trading Post reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
  • Notification: Buyers and sellers will be notified of any significant changes to this policy via email or through their Star Trading Post accounts.
