1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact the vendor directly through our marketplace messaging system as soon as possible after placing the order.

After Shipping:

If the item has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy to initiate a return once you receive the item.

2. Return Policy

Please note that return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
