Refunds are accepted within 2 weeks of that day the package was received per tracking information. Refunds are given upon receipt of the return, only if the piece has no visible "wear and tear". Customers must pay for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee, since it takes a lot of time and effort for a small business to ship items.
